If you have the W32.Sircam worm:
Go to Symantec (Norton Anti-virus) and do the
following to clean you computer of theW32.Sircam worm

Scroll down to DETECTION AND REMOVAL
- How can I detect and remove this virus? and
choose one of these options if you have McAfees Anti-virus software.
After you have purchased or downloaded anti-virus software and installed it, do the following to setup to scan email as it is being downloaded onto your computer.
Set up Nestcape
Communicator to scan email.
Load Communicator
Click on Edit, choose Preferences
on left side: choose Mail & Newsgroups
Click on Mail Servers
Under Mail Servers, replace mail.udata.com with
127.0.0.1
on right side: click on Edit button
under General tab: replace Server Name
with: 127.0.0.1
replace Username with: username/mail.udata.com
Click on OK, then OK again.
Close Communicator and restart computer.
Set up for Microsoft
Outlook Express to scan mail.
Load Outlook Express
Click on Tools
Click on Accounts
Click on Mail Tab
Highlight mail.udata.com or the mail account
you wish to set-up
on right side: click on Properties button
click on General Tab
Click on Servers Tab
Change Incoming Mail (POP3) to: 127.0.0.1
Change account name to: username/mail.udata.com
Click on Apply, OK, then click on Close
Close Outlook Express restart you computer
