This banner is made on purple felt, the color for the advent season.  Purple is the color of royalty and preparation for the coming of the King.  The dove is made of white and gold felt outlined with gold metallic braid.  The olive branch is green with green sequins.  The dove with the olive branch symbolizes that of christians abiding in Christ and it also denoted peace, forgiveness purity, meekness, modesty, humility, divine inspiration and anticipation of new life.
