This banner was made for the celebration of the 140th Anniversary of North Salem on November 25, 1990. 

This banner was made on white felt Symbolizing joy and celebration.  The Holy Spirit, the dove, made out of silver and white metallic material, has enriched the christian lives of North Salem over the past 140 years with the many blessings God has given us.  The many blessings symbolized by the many colored rays radiating from the sun.  The rays are made from gold and silver metallic material and the four church season colors are made from Bethany's old alter cloths.  All are outlined in black metallic cording.  The banner can be used for Baptism, Confirmation, Christian education, Missions, and Installation of Church Officers. It is finished with gold fringe.
