The Lord is my Shepherd I Shall not Want This banner inspired by the 23rd Psalm, of white felt for Christian joy, was made especially for use at funerals, but is also appropriate for other occasions. The Sheperds' crook, suggesting Christ as the Good Shepherd for all mankind and His loving care, was used to form the cross in this banner and is made of dark brown felt. The grass is made of green fringed felt. The sheep, suggesting the joyful and trusting child of God, are made of lambs wool. The two small butterflies made of felt and beads suggest the resurrection and eternal life of those who die in the Lord. The lettering is of a dark red felt. Gold fringe was used to complete the banner. |
