The dialing properties have changed in the Nevada area when calling Upper Sandusky.
Follow the following screens to permanently remove the"1" from the calling number.

Double left click on Dial UDATAnet icon on power up screen.
DO NOT connect.
Single left click on Dial Properties button.

Single left click on Area Code Rules... button.

Locate box near bottom "When calling to other area codes"
Single left click on New... button to the right.

In New Area Code box, type in 419 in white box to the right of Area Code

Click OK
Click OK at bottom of Area Code Rules box
Click Apply in Dialing Properties box, then OK in same box.
Close Connect to box by the X in right upper corner.
