Configuration of the Network options

These are the correct setting for the Network settings in Windows 95 to connect to UDATAnet.

Step 1: Double click on the MY COMPUTER icon, located on your main Desktop. The screen below should appear.

Double click on Control Panel to display the screen below.

Double Click on Network to display the Network Screen.

The following components are required to connect to UDATAnet; Client for Microsoft Networks, Dail-Up Adapter & TCP/IP.   NetBEUI is not required.  Be sure to have Client for Microsoft Networks choose for the Primary Network Logon.

Left click on the TCP/IP component, then choose the Properties button as shown above.

Click in the Gateway tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click on the Bindings tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click in the WINS Configuration tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click on the Advance tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click on the IP Address tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click on the DNS Configuration tab and verify the settings as shown above.

Click on the OK buttons when finished. If any changes were made your computer may request that you reboot your computer to complete the changes. Be sure and choose YES button to reboot.
