Depending on our members’ requirements,
we will soon be developing special programs devoted to specific needs.
Our first program will be a comprehensive weight loss program incorporating
a diet and exercise program.
In the near future, we hope to develop sports readiness programs (such as golf, softball, tennis, etc) to help you get off to the right start when you participate in these activities. Professional sports figures use sports readiness programs – why shouldn’t you? Other special programs under consideration include
stretching and light weight training programs for senior citizens.
