The initiation fee is a one-time enrollment fee for new
members only. By keeping your membership up-to-date, you will incur the
initiation fee one time throughout your membership. |
| Member Referral Program: |
For each new member enrolling, the referring member will
receive $10.00 off their next renewal. |
| Membership Freeze: |
Each 12 month membership will be allowed 1 3-month
freeze for any reason. Freeze for 3 and 6-month memberships will be allowed
for medical reasons only. Freeze will affect all members participating
in a Family Membership. |
| Payments: |
We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. |
| EFT Program: |
First month to paid to U.S. Fitness.
