WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY…
When I first came into U.S. Fitness in October,
2001, I was walking humped over. My back hurt constantly. I
could hardly lift my arms above my head because of pain in my shoulders.
My legs were so weak, I could only walk on the elliptical for about 1 minute.
I have been putting off writing this mostly because
I have no idea where to start. Everyone has been so great!
Valarie – your knowledge base amazes me. You are the best as a personal
trainer and friend. I couldn’t do it without you. Scott – always
the great motivator. You encourage everyone no matter what their
age or fitness level. I don’t know how you do it but you actually
make exercising fun. Natalie – all I have to do is mention a problem
area and the next day you have a magazine article that addresses the issue.
On May 16, 2000, I was placed on a personalized
program by their very helpful staff. The difference for me has been
dramatic. I have lost weight, gained muscle strength and energy and
have a much better outlook on life. I have been able to cut back
on my asthma medication considerably and my Doctor is considering taking
me off some other medications. I no longer have leg cramps or muscle
spasms that used to wake me up at night. And I am able to do much
more at work than I have in the past without tiring.
Not only have I lost inches off my flabby gut,
but I also have so much more energy! U.S. Fitness provides an ego-free,
clean environment for self-improvement.
After working out in the same place for over 4
years, I decided to give U.S. Fitness a try. Since then, I’ve found
the drive I needed to reach my goals that comes with working out in such
a fine facility.
I am a very self conscious person and I never
wanted to go to the gym because of a fear of looking dumb, but the atmosphere
of U.S. Fitness changed all that. I feel comfortable with the
staff and people around me.
My experience at U.S. Fitness has been a very
good, positive one. It is one of the cleanest and friendliest
gyms I have exercised in. I’ve never felt too old or too fat to work
out there.
